Refund policy
At -Gradient., we strive to provide the best experience to our customers. However, please note that we do not offer cancellation, return, refund or replacement once the payment is made unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to policy violations, suspicious activity, or inventory issues.
Cancellation Policy
Once a payment is made through, it can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Simply contact us at clubgradientindia@gmail.com
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, any cancellation request made thereafter will be at the customer’s responsibility. Gradient shall not be held liable for any losses, return charges, or shipping costs incurred due to such cancellations.
In cases where an order is marked as undelivered due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order can be reshipped up to two additional times. Any reshipping charges incurred for these attempts must be borne by the customer.
No Refund Policy:
a. We do not provide refunds for products or services purchased.
b. All sales made are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
No Exchange Policy:
Our products are made on order so there will be no exchanges provided for any reason. (such as sizing issue we encourage you to go through the size chart before purchasing for best fitting)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:
Gradient reserves the right to disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for customers whose previous COD orders have been unsuccessful, refused, cancelled at delivery, or marked undelivered due to customer-related reasons.
In such cases, future orders may only be accepted through prepaid payment methods.
Sizing:
Please check our size charts before ordering for achieving the best fit. (Please note that sizes can be +/-0.5 inches)
Exceptional Circumstances:
a. In rare cases where there is a genuine error or technical issue resulting in an incorrect payment, please contact our customer support within 3 days from order delivery date for assistance.
b. We will review such cases on a discretionary basis and may provide a resolution at our sole discretion. c. In rare cases where one receives a damaged, wrong or missing products we will be willing to issue a replacement or refund according to our preference if only we are provided with the complete uncut unboxing video.
